چکیده
[Abstract] The objective of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of Kanglaite Injection (KLT) combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Regimen for trial group was 2 cycles of chemotherapy (CTX+ADM+DDP) combined with KLT 200ml/d, iv drip, for a consecutive 21 days as 1 cycle for 2 cycles. Regimen for control group was chemotherapy only (CTX+ADM+DDP). The response rate was 59.0% (23/39) and 36.6% (15/41) respectively with statistical significance (P<0.05). Bone marrow suppression was 48.7% (19/39) and 70.7% (29/41) respectively with statistical significance (P<0.05). Adverse reaction in digestive system was 25.6% (10/39) and 48.8% (20/41) respectively with statistical significance (P<0.05). KPS score and body weight score were both higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). T lymphocyte increased significantly in the trial group after combination treatment (P<0.05). In conclusion KLT combined with CAP regimen chemotherapy could elevate therapeutic effects, relieve adverse reactions and improve life quality and immune function. [China J Cancer Prev.
